Please follow these rules to make your stay comfortable.

Check-in / Check-out Time

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Off-hour requests require prior approval.

There is no elevator in the building. Guest rooms are located on floors 3-5.

The entire facility is non-smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed indoors or in common areas.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 7:00.

Stays beyond the reserved guest count are not allowed. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Parties and events are prohibited out of respect for neighbors and the local community.

Pets are not allowed. Please contact us in advance if you travel with an assistance animal.

Please separate garbage according to the in-room guide and dispose of it in the designated area.

Please handle furniture, appliances, and amenities carefully and return them to original condition at check-out.

If you notice any damage or malfunction, please contact us promptly.

For safety reasons, guests are required to register emergency contact details at check-in.

Illegal activities, hazardous materials, and unsafe use of fire/heat sources are strictly prohibited.
