These terms define the conditions for using our website and accommodation services.

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms apply to all guests using our accommodation and this website.

Reservations are accepted via Airbnb or phone. Changes and cancellations follow the cancellation policy.

Airbnb bookings must use Airbnb's payment system. Phone bookings can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Guests must follow house rules.

If guests cause damage to the property or equipment by intent or negligence, actual costs may be charged.

We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or transport disruptions.

These terms may be revised without prior notice. Revised terms take effect once posted on this website.

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Fukuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
